Cute and cozy cottages, with spacious beds for up to 6 people. Convenient location near supermarket, gas station, and restaurants. Clean and well-heated with cooking amenities for making meals. Comfortable and larger than expected beds.

We had a great stay at the cottages! the staff went above and beyond to help us, even after check-in time when we had lost our bag. the cottage itself was small but perfect, with a smart design and everything we needed. It was also well heated, keeping us warm despite the cold weather outside. the view from the cottage was absolutely stunning. Plus, the location was ideal, just a short walk to downtown Hofn and close to a supermarket.

I recently stayed at the lovely Hofn Cottages for a short getaway. The hostess was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The facilities were clean and cozy, providing a warm atmosphere. The location was convenient, with a gas station nearby and a charming fishing town within walking distance. The cottages were well-maintained and even had a hidden surprise - a kitchen for cooking meals!

Having a stove and refrigerator in the cottage was convenient for preparing meals. The small wooden cottage also had a small toilet and bathroom sink which was nice.

The cottages were cute, quaint, and well-located in Hofn. The staff was lovely and accommodating. The cottage had a comfortable bed and useful amenities like a kitchenette and fridge.

Iceland is so expensive, I’ve tried to be creative to save on housing. Hofn cottages was a good value for a comfortable nights sleep, and it was a bonus that we could prepare a simple dinner. This cabin for four people has two bunks, a small kitchenette with fridge and two burners and some cookware and dishes. There’s also a small table and chairs. Each cabin has a toilet and sink. No hot water. So it was like glamping, or upgraded camping. Showers are in a separate building for all campers. A frisbee golf course is right there next to the campground, and there’s also a walking path along the bay. Just a short drive around the corner you’ll find the local pool. Staff was very friendly.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.
